I have always had a deep passion for helping others get through the hard parts of life. The hard parts are very real, and sometimes we need a little extra help. You are not alone in this - not by any means! My intuitive and judgment-free nature are a few of my gifts and can help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and how to navigate the challenges you are facing.
WHAT IS REIKI?
Reiki is a holistic healing practice, meaning it works with the whole person, addressing the mind, body, and spirit. It's not just about alleviating physical symptoms but also about restoring balance and harmony within the entire system.
Improved energy flow: Clears blockages in the chakras which promotes a balanced flow of energy throughout the body.
Emotional healing: Releases emotional blockages and promotes emotional healing.
Spiritual growth: Reiki can help to connect you to your higher self and promote spiritual growth.
ABOUT ME
My healing journey began when I was forced to take a hard look at myself. This journey made me ask myself why I was attracting the wrong men, why my relationship with my children wasn’t as good as it should be, why I was in a career that I wasn’t passionate about and why I was so burnt out on life. Most importantly, why did I keep making terrible choices that led to terrible consequences? I had so many questions and wanted to make real changes. This desire led me to the answers I was desperately seeking. I have been able to deprogram myself from limiting beliefs and have established inner peace. The most beautiful part of this process is that I have uncovered who I authentically am. Me and my inner child have become very good friends. She shows me my shadows and how to accept them and love them. I accept, love and know who I am. The knowledge I’ve gained is priceless and I want to be able to share and help others in their own special and unique healing journey. I am passionate about being able to help those who are seeking answers on how to unlock themselves and are open to wanting to change their story and live their authentic life.

Religious Trauma
This is a big one for many! I’m sure you’ve noticed that the world right now is going through a major upheaval in belief systems. What you thought you knew is crumbling and is causing you to question yourself, others, and your whole life. I was born and raised in the LDS religion and had my faith crisis many years ago. This topic is a special one to me as I had to deconstruct my belief system. I am proof that you can deconstruct everything you’ve ever been taught to believe. You can take your power back. It’s beautiful, messy, and completely worth it!

Reiki sessions are approximately 30-45 minutes per session.
